I took my '07 Cadillac in for the first time after purchasing it from them, and they had the vehicle ready even sooner than they'd told me! I purchased the Cadillac, went back and bought my wife a Trailblazer, and then went back & purchased my son a truck. I really like the staff there very much. I live in West Virginia, and I was in the area for the holiday's. I was so pleased and impressed with Progressive that I would drive 300 mile's to the dealership to use them for future service need's, as long as it was nothing to serious. The overall service visit was perfect, and I was treated perfect by the personnel. It was a fun experience, and they even let me bring my dog in.

Whenever you buy a car from a dealership for the first time, you're always leary of what the service is going to be like. The service at Progressive is really good! Two weeks after I bought the car, I had to bring it in because something was wrong with one of my tires. They found both a nail and glass in it, and fixed it for me free of charge!

We worked w/ Jo Lash for the purchase of our new truck and are more than satisfied!! And we do love the Hummer. Miss the Maxima but am very happy and will always call you and Progressive first for all our vehicle needs. It was a fun experience, not once did I feel like a hostage...more like hanging out with friends. Jason and Wally were great and you were just so much fun to work with...thank you!
